CONTRACT TERMS FOR INTERNATIONAL PRESS
1. The FITE 2008 Organization, will receive the Inscription Registration, will analyze the Information it contains on the basis that it may or may not accept participation. This will be confirmed. 2. The Organization includes in the Invitation: Reception in the airport and transfer Lodging in hotels that will be assigned, during the contest and the fam trip Transportation within Ecuador (air, river, maritime, land) on the familiarization trips that will take place according to availability. Visits to natural and/or cultural areas. Participation in Social and Academic Acts, Shows and others. 3. The Invitation does not include: Airport taxes International Ticket (except through agreement with sponsoring airlines on the base of origin and conditions) Food and drinks (except specifically those planned in hotels and familiarization trips) Medical or accident insurance, baggage loss or civil responsibility. 4. Limitation of Organizers Responsibility: a)- In the case of cancellation of FITE 2008, due to Acts of God, civil or military actions or any other fortuitous case, the journalist and/or registered media resolves to not present any judicial or extra judicial claim. b)- They also resolve to and agree to declare the organizers, their directos, committee and employees, exempt of any responsibility for personal injury, sickness, loss, delays and others that might happen from the origin and the start of the trip, during the event and until its total end in returning to the country of origin.
I agree with FITE 2008´s contract terms.
