CONTRACT TERMS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

1.- The FITE 2008 organization will receive the Inscription Registration, will analyze the Information it contains on the basis that it will be able to accept the participation.  This will be confirmed.
2.- At the time of acceptance and confirmation, the International Buying Company, will pay the registration fee of US $112 (One hundred and twelve dollars) per delegate, by sending the check made out to the Horitzó Grup, or a bank transfer to:

After this, fax respective proof to the FITE-2007 to: (593-2) 244 78 79.

3.- In the Invitation, the Organization includes:
Business meeting with the offering businesses in the competition frame
Reception in the airport and transport
Lodging in hotels that will be assigned, during the competition and fam trip
Transportation within Ecuador (air, river, maritime or land) in the familiarization trips that will take place according to availability.
Visits to natural and/or cultural areas.
Participation in Social and Academic Acts, Shows and others.

4.- The Invitation does not include: 
              Airport taxes 
International Ticket (except through agreement with sponsoring airlines on the base of origin and conditions)
Food and drinks (except specifically those planned in hotels and familiarization trips)
Medical or accident insurance, baggage loss or civil responsibility

5.- Limitation of Organizers Responsibility:

a)- In the case of cancellation of FITE 2007, due to Acts of God, civil or military actions or any other fortuitous case, the registered buyer resolves to not present any judicial or extra judicial claim.
b)- As the buyer, the registered business resolves and agrees to declare the organizers, their directos, committee and employees, exempt of any responsibility for personal injury, sickness, loss, delays and others that might happen from the origin and the start of the trip, during the event and until its total end in returning to the country of origin.

The buyer agress with the FITE´S 2008 participation rules mentioned above.

Starting on May 15, familiarization alternatives will be available for you to reserve.
