These will be allocated by previous agreement and during the Fair’s four days. There is space for 15 of these mini stands on the grounds. A discount will be considered if the client brings his or her own equipment.
BRAND ACTIVATION
Private enterprises can perform brand activation activities within the grounds in a coordinated way, provided that they made a previous request for the space.
If you are a presenter, these activities include any type of promotion that can be done outside of the stand. This may include: contests that include the participants on the scene, musical presentations, comical sketches, stilt walkers, inflatables, inflatables for kids, amongst others.
The International Tourism Fair and its Marketing department will provide brand-activating services during the fair, provided that there is a previous commercial agreement, establishment of service cost and contract signed three months prior to the event.
